No. We do not write meal plans, calorie targets or restrictive food lists. Coaching focuses on awareness, habits and the experience of eating.
Yes. Online coaching sessions are available across most time zones in English, German or Spanish.
You can pay per program by invoice after your discovery call. Receipts and a clear cancellation window are included in every booking.
Of course. Many clients start with the Starter Reset and continue with a Cycle once they know the format suits them.
