Sessions are private and can be held in our Berlin studio, by video call or by phone — whatever lets you focus.

Helpful to know before booking

Is this a meal plan service?

No. We do not write meal plans, calorie targets or restrictive food lists. Coaching focuses on awareness, habits and the experience of eating.

Do you work with people outside Berlin?

Yes. Online coaching sessions are available across most time zones in English, German or Spanish.

How do payments work?

You can pay per program by invoice after your discovery call. Receipts and a clear cancellation window are included in every booking.

Can I switch between programs?

Of course. Many clients start with the Starter Reset and continue with a Cycle once they know the format suits them.
