1. Why this page exists

Coaching is a service, not a tangible product, and we want the terms around bookings, refunds and rescheduling to be straightforward and fair on both sides. This Return Policy explains what happens when something changes after you book or pay for one of our coaching programs.

2. Right of withdrawal for new bookings

If you book a coaching program from outside our studio (for example online or by email) you have the right to withdraw from the contract within fourteen days of confirmation, without giving any reason, provided your sessions have not yet started. To exercise this right, please send a clear written request through our Contacts page. We will refund the amount paid using the same payment method within fourteen days of receiving your request.

3. Starting sessions during the withdrawal period

If you ask us to start delivering sessions before the fourteen-day withdrawal period ends, you will pay for the portion of the program that has already been delivered if you later choose to withdraw. The remaining balance, if any, will be refunded promptly.

4. Cancelling individual sessions

For sessions already scheduled inside a program:

  • If you reschedule with at least twenty-four hours’ notice, there is no charge.
  • If you cancel with less than twenty-four hours’ notice, the session is considered delivered.
  • If we ever need to cancel a session from our side, you may choose to reschedule it free of charge or receive a refund for that session.

5. Pausing a program

Life happens. If you cannot continue your program for personal reasons, please write to us. We will normally pause the program for up to twelve weeks at no extra cost. Pauses longer than twelve weeks may be possible but will be agreed on a case-by-case basis.

6. Refunds for printed materials

Some programs include printed booklets that we mail to your address. If a booklet arrives damaged or never arrives, please tell us within fourteen days of dispatch and we will send a replacement at no charge. Printed materials cannot otherwise be returned for hygiene reasons.

7. How refunds are processed

Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the booking. Bank transfers usually take three to seven working days to appear, depending on your bank. We do not charge any administrative fee for processing a refund.

8. Disputes

If you are unhappy with any aspect of our service or with the way a refund request has been handled, please write to us first. We take feedback seriously and will work with you to find a fair outcome. If we are unable to reach an agreement, you may also use the European Commission’s online dispute resolution platform.

9. Updates

We may revise this Return Policy from time to time. The most recent version is always available on this page, and the date at the top is updated whenever a meaningful change is made.
